About peace, life and labor – artists dedicated the exhibition to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality

An exhibition dedicated to the forthcoming significant date – the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality has opened in the Central Gallery of the country’s Union of Artists.
Through landscapes and portraits, sculptures and jewelry, the masters conveyed their creative vision of the history of the Turkmen people, their everyday and spiritual traditions, their understanding of neutrality as the idea of peacefulness, love of life and humanity.
Today, good-neighborly relations, efforts in the field of regional security, and active international cooperation facilitate the social and economic development of Turkmenistan. Therefore, artists in their works present ideas about brotherhood and friendship between peoples, national unity, peaceful and creative life in their native land.
In the festive exhibition a special place is given to the Turkmen nature. The paintings feature mountains, rivers, the sea, blooming nature reserves and deep mountain gorges. The sculptural compositions depict camel caravans, graceful Akhal-Teke horses, and the iridescent diversity of flora and fauna.
Among the presented works are pictures of Mejek Charyev, Aya Serhenova, Rustam Abdullaev, Natalya Kalugina and many others.
Artist Dmitry Filipchenko, who embodies his ideas on velvet, pleased the guests of the exhibition with a fantasy on the theme of the historical monument of Turkmenistan and the ancient legend about a girl Parau-Bibi.
Everyone interested can visit the exhibition within the next couple of days.
