President of Turkmenistan celebrated International Children's Day with children of the orphanage
On the International Children's Day, President Berdimuhamedov came to visit the pupils of the Ashgabat orphanage - "Dovletliler koshgi".
A holiday always involves gifts, music, songs, and dances. Presents were given to the children by the head of state, and the performers of "Dovletsliler koshgi", including the winner of many international competitions of children's creativity, the dancing ensemble "Joshgun", prepared the festive concert program.
Berdimuhamedov inquired about the children's living conditions, talked with them about how they live, what they do, what they plan and what they want to become.
Well, then came the fun hour - the children sang, danced, played musical instruments, and just had a lighthearted fun.
After the concert, the head of state, once again congratulating the children of the orphanage on the holiday, left the scene, as if he wanted to give children the opportunity uncover up gifts as soon as possible. And there was something to do, because the head of state gave children laptops, bicycles, clothes, toys, and, of course, sweets.
Of course, in all national cultures, children, as a continuation, the future of the people, occupy a central place. At the same time, it can be said that a cult of the child has been created in Turkmen culture, where an orphan child is given a very special place.
Philosophers say to straighten, it is first necessary to bend. So it is here. Turkmens, who raise orphans in their families, try to give them more material wealth, attention and tenderness than their own children. Thus, they try to compensate the orphans for what their destiny has deprived them of - the tutelage and tenderness of their parents.
Probably, the Turkmen state proceeded from this principle, and Ashgabat orphanage "Dovletliler koshgi" in one of the most picturesque places of the capital, looking more like a fairy-tale palace. Even the name of the orphanage "Dovletliler koshgi" is translated from Turkmen into Russian as "The Palace of the Prosperous." Which means that the Turkmen state considers its duty to provide orphans with a happy life.
