QazaqGaz and CNPC discussed the export and transit of Kazakh gas
The National Gas Company of Kazakhstan, QazaqGaz, and the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) discussed the export and transit of Kazakh gas.
This issue was addressed during a meeting between the Chairman of the Board of JSC “NC “QazaqGaz”, Sanjar Zharkeshov, and the General Director of CNPC for Central Asia and Russia, Chen Huailong, according to the press service of the national company.
The parties discussed possibilities of implementation of joint projects in Kazakhstan, including projects on gas geological exploration.
Earlier, during the working visit of the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Almasadam Satkaliyev, to the People’s Republic of China, the companies considered the prospects for the implementation of new projects.
