Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly to collaborate with the University of Perugia for Foreigners in Italy
Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Perugia for Foreigners in the Italian Republic.
The signing ceremony took place in Ashgabat.
The document outlines cooperation between the two parties in the implementation of modern methodologies for teaching foreign languages and development of advanced pedagogical practices; enhance relationships between the two higher educational institutions, including exchange of curricula, programs, teaching methodologies and scientific-methodical manuals, scientific publications and textbooks to improve the teaching of foreign languages. According to the memorandum, at the request of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, the University of Perugia will send Italian language teachers for foreigners.
The University for Foreigners of Perugia is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Italy. Founded in 1921, is the only university in Italy specifically dedicated to teaching Italian language and culture to foreign students. Located in the beautiful city of Perugia, the university offers a wide range of courses and programs for international students, from language courses to degree programs in Italian language and culture.
