The Central Bank of Turkmenistan is allowed to conclude a contract with the Turkish company Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanaýi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi for the design and construction of a new shopping center in Ashgabat. This was reported by the state news agency of Turkmenistan TDH.

According to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the construction of the facility will begin in October 2024 and be completed by October 2027.

The project also includes excavation work and landscaping of the adjacent territory, and the shopping center itself will be located on A. Niyazov Avenue.
