Turkmen Oil and Gas University and Georgian Technical University Establish Direct Contacts
On September 9, the heads of the Yagshigeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University (Ashgabat) and the Georgian Technical University (Tbilisi) held an online meeting to prepare a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two universities.
At the meeting, the parties discussed issues of developing scientific and educational ties, expanding partnerships and exchanging experience between higher technical educational institutions of the two countries. The possibility of holding joint conferences, scientific forums and research projects, as well as student and teacher exchange programs, was considered.
The parties expressed their readiness to establish direct contacts in the field of academic science and to set up a dialogue between scientists from the two countries on the current tasks of developing national economies.
