TLCT reports that it provides services for preliminary registration of information and transit declarations
"Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan" Open Joint-Stock Company reports that in accordance with the requirements of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, provided for in the "Composition of preliminary information on goods imported into the customs territory of Turkmenistan, the procedure for its issuance and use", in order to simplify, speed up and improve the customs clearance procedures for imported goods imported into the territory of Turkmenistan by road and rail (including transit), it offers services for preliminary registration of information and transit declarations. These services are provided on a paid basis (cash and non-cash).
In case you wish to use these services, you should send information regarding the cargo in the vehicles specified above in advance to the e-mail address (dm@tulm.tm) or at least 12 (twelve) hours before the arrival of the cargo.
