Turkish Aviation University to start training specialists for Turkmen airline

Students from Turkmenistan will start their education at the Turkish Aviation Association University this year. This was reported by the university's rector, Professor Rahmi Er in a story on TRT AVAZ. According to him, the only university in Turkey working in the field of aviation and space sciences, based on intense demand from abroad, is developing plans to train highly qualified personnel for friendly countries, including both state and private companies in this sector.
Rahmi Er said that there is an agreement with Turkmenistan Airlines in this regard.
In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between JSC Turkmenistan Airlines and the Turkish Aeronautical Association University, signed on the sidelines of the diplomatic forum in Antalya on March 1, 2024, the first group was organized to train flight personnel professions.
However, in the future, the Turkish Aviation University expects to expand the areas of training specialists for Turkmenistan Airlines: from on-board services to aviation technologies, from aviation logistics to flight control (dispatch services).
