The World Intelligence Expo opened in Tianjin
The World Intelligence Expo, one of the largest international events in the field of smart technology, opened on Thursday in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin. Xinhua agency reports this.
This year's EXPO is dedicated to the theme “Intelligence: a vast space for development, a driving force for sustainable growth.”
The exhibition is jointly organized by the governments of Tianjin and Chongqing (Southwest China) and aims to create a global platform for academic innovation and attract investment in the field of smart technologies.
The World Intelligence Expo consists of two events - the World Intelligence Congress in Tianjin and the China International Smart Industry Expo in Chongqing, in which leading enterprises, international organizations, renowned research institutes and universities take part.
Visitors can explore exhibition areas dedicated to artificial intelligence, intelligent connected vehicles, smart manufacturing and robotics.
Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the participants of the World Intelligence Expo, in which he expressed China's readiness, together with other countries, to use advanced digital technologies and expand international cooperation in the field of development and management of artificial intelligence.
