Diplomats from the Caspian countries honored in Astrakhan the memory of participants in the Great Patriotic War

On the eve of Victory Day, diplomats from the Caspian countries, including Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Iran, laid flowers at the “Eternal Flame of Glory” memorial in the Brotherly Garden. They honored the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War with a minute of silence, the portal of the authorities of the Astrakhan region reports.
The ceremony was also attended by Minister of Foreign Relations of the Astrakhan Region, Vladimir Golovkov.
Consul of Turkmenistan in Astrakhan Gadam Ilamanov noted that the exploits of our ancestors will never be forgotten, serving as an example for future generations. He wished all Astrakhan residents clear skies and a cozy family home.
