Permanent representatives of the CIS member states laid flowers on the Friendship Alley in Pobeda Park in Minsk

Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belarus Nazarguly Shagulyev, along with other members of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiaries of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) under the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth, took part in the flower-laying ceremony on the Friendship Alley in the «Pobeda» museum and park complex in Minsk.

“This was the common Victory of all the fraternal peoples of the Soviet Union,” Deputy Secretary General of the CIS Leonid Anfimov said in his address to the audience, noting that the immortal, unprecedented feat of the Soviet people, which was the basis for this Victory, will never be forgotten.
