Professional tennis tournaments are resuming

Professional tennis tournaments are resuming after a long pause caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. From 17 to 23 August, as part of the ITF World Tennis Tour, the M25 Vogau men’s tournament will take place in Austria. The list of participants in the main draw includes players from Italy, Russia, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Argentina, Serbia and other countries. The main favorite is Danish tennis player Holger Rune. He won his first junior Grand Slam title in 2019, and is now focused exclusively on winning professional tournaments. The ITF World Tennis Tour W15 Oeiras women’s tournament in Portugal will be represented by a strong roster including both “oldies” and new talents. Among the challengers are Clara Tauson (Denmark) and Clara Burel (France), who have been winning first places in the world among juniors in recent years. Tournaments will be held in strict compliance with all required safety rules.
