President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the Turkmen people on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. In the Address of the head of state to the people on the occasion of the holiday, "which is a high symbol of charity, kindness and humanism," it is noted that new mosques were opened in the country the day before - in the cities of Anew, Hazar, Ruhubelent, Dovletli and Shatlyk, and a pardon action was held for convicts.
