More than 200 delegates registered to attend the Paris edition of TEIF

More than 200 delegates, including high-ranking officials of authoritative international structures and large companies, have already registered for the international forum to attract foreign investment in the energy sector of Turkmenistan (TEIF 2024), which will be held in the French capital in a couple of weeks, on April 24-25.
Participants will analyze the outlook for the global energy situation and consider countermeasures in response to growing energy needs, which require continued and large-scale investment for both producing and consuming countries.
Discussions will take place on the simultaneous achievement of energy security, environmental protection and economic growth, the development and dissemination of cleaner and more efficient fuel technologies, and decarbonization efforts.
This flagship event for Turkmenistan's energy sector will provide a unique opportunity for policymakers and experts to reflect on the implications of the rapid energy transition and agree on ways to further progress towards achieving sustainable development goals. The location is Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile.
But “not by bread alone,” and TEIF 2024 in Paris also has a significant cultural charge. The end of the first day of the forum will be marked by an event at UNESCO headquarters dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great Turkmen poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi.
This event promises to be a representative meeting and a vivid demonstration of the universal influence of Magtymguly’s ideas, an important contribution to the popularization of his legacy and building a cultural dialogue between countries and peoples, because literature and art are the cement that holds together all the achievements of cooperation.
