The first meeting of the working group on transport of the Russia-Central Asia-Caucasus region took place this year
The first meeting of the working group on transport in the Russia-Central Asia-Caucasus region in 2024 was held online, the “Turkmenavtoulaglary” agency reports.
The meeting participants got acquainted with current statistics on the volume of regional transportation and exports in the Russia-Central Asia-Caucasus region. The information was presented by Cansu Kırık, a specialist in statistics and data analysis of the International Transport Association (UND).
Delegates were also presented with information on the use of transitional documents in the Russia-Central Asia-Caucasus region in 2024.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to organize a conference to discuss the creation of National Transport Associations of the States of the Turkic World.
