The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Moscow took part in the flower-laying ceremony at Crocus City Hall
On the ninth day of the tragedy in the capital of the Russian Federation, a flower- laying ceremony took place at a spontaneous memorial at the Crocus City Hall complex in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack on March 22, 2024 in Moscow.
The action was attended by heads and employees of more than 130 diplomatic missions accredited in the Russian Federation, including Ambassador of Turkmenistan Esen Aydogdyev.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, immediately after the media report about the terrorist attack, expressed deep condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, which said that “Turkmenistan, condemning in the strongest possible terms any manifestations of terrorism and extremism, fully supports the efforts of the world community to combat and eliminate this evil."
