Anau - the cultural capital of the Turkic world 2024 - welcomes foreign guests
The opening ceremony of the program “Anau - the cultural capital of the Turkic world 2024” will take place on March 26 in the “Turkmen White Yurt” building at the “Meadow of Novruz” holiday site in the Ahal district of Ak Bugday.
There will be a concert with the participation of artists representing Turkic peoples, an exhibition of works by masters of fine and decorative arts and works by photographers.
The participation in these events of the leaders of the International Organization of Turkic Culture, the Organization of Turkic States, the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States, the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, the International Turkic Academy, relevant ministries of member countries and observers of TURKSOY is expected. Creative and scientific delegations will also arrive. This was reported at a meeting of the Turkmen government on Saturday, March 23.
Within the framework of the program “Anau - the cultural capital of the Turkic world”, the II Theater Festival of the TURKSOY member countries, the International Film Festival “Gorkut ata” and other events will also be held during the year.
