Trading at SCRMET: petrochemical products, light industry and Turkmen carpets were in demand in the domestic and foreign markets


On Monday, March 18, during trading at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, petrochemical products, light industry products and Turkmen carpets were in demand in the domestic and foreign markets.
Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan entered into a deal with the State Concern “Turkmennebit” for the purchase of liquefied gas.
Representatives of business circles in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates purchased cotton yarn and gray cotton yarn from Turkmen entrepreneurs.
On the domestic market, Turkmen businessmen entered into deals with the State Concern “Turkmennebit” for the purchase of petroleum road bitumen of the “BND 60/90” grade and mixed paraffin slack.
They also purchased handmade Turkmen carpets.
During the auction, 9 transactions were concluded for a total amount of 7,368, 432.38 manats and $887, 984.22.
