The President of Turkmenistan signed a decree on holding the 15th meeting of the Council of Elders in Ashgabat. The document prescribes the relevant structures of the country to ensure the organization of this event at a high level during March 11-13 of this year.

As noted in the document, this forum, which is hosted by the Turkmen capital this year, is aimed at further developing and comprehensively strengthening multifaceted relations and constructive cooperation with the Organization of Turkic States and its member States, based on the principles of good neighborliness and mutual understanding.
