Azizi: Kabul will proceed from the principles of mutual consent in transboundary water use

In the field of the use of transboundary hydro resources and the construction of water facilities designed to enhance the well-being of the Afghan people, Kabul will certainly proceed from the principles of mutual consent, transparency and equality with neighboring countries, Afghan Minister of Industry and Trade Nuruddin Azizi said at the Turkmen-Afghan business forum in Ashgabat, March 4.
He placed special emphasis on relations with Turkmenistan, which has maintained friendly and good-neighborly relations with Afghanistan for many years, carrying out real activities for the socio-economic recovery of its southern neighbor.
