Mergen Gurdov informed that about 100 Turkmen companies will take part in the Turkmen-Afghan business forum on Monday to identify points of contact and investment sites in Afghanistan.
Nuruddin Azizi, in turn, noted: “Our main goal is the welfare of the Afghan people through job creation, economic growth and attracting investment, and the Afghan security agencies are also trying to ensure the safety of investors and citizens of the country.”
The head of the ministry added that his country's leadership pays special attention to the private sector and supports it by issuing many decrees to facilitate trade and attract investment in Afghanistan, which facilitate the activities of domestic and foreign investors.
Azizi said that the upcoming meeting of the business circles of the two countries will help increase mutual exports. He also said that Afghanistan can establish good connections between the countries of Central and South Asia in terms of transit, the Afghan agency AVA reports.
