The culture and cuisine of Azerbaijan was presented in Ashgabat

The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan held an event in Ashgabat entitled “Azerbaijani Cuisine and Culture”.
Representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan and Azerbaijanis living in this country took part in it.
At the event, national dishes and sweets of Azerbaijani cuisine were presented, and folk dances were demonstrated. The guests also got acquainted with the musical art of Azerbaijan. A video about this eastern country revealed its history, culture, as well as achievements in various industries.
As part of the event, an intellectual competition for knowledge about Azerbaijan was held. The winners were awarded memorable prizes.
