The President of Turkmenistan and the head of the Halk Maslahaty congratulated Raisi on the Day of the Revolution
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Iranian President Seyed Ebrahim Raisi on the national holiday of the Islamic Republic of Iran – Revolution Day.
"We highly appreciate the established multifaceted relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and declare our readiness for further development of cooperation based on the ancient traditions of good neighborliness," the message reads. This was reported in the news release of the Turkmen State Television.
The national leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also sent congratulations on the holiday to the President of Iran.
"Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran have centuries-old fraternal relations," said the head of the Halk Maslahaty, expressing confidence that these relations will continue to develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
