In Moscow, the heads of the diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan and Cyprus discussed interaction between the parties
Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Esen Aydogdyeva held a meeting in Moscow with Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan Kipros Yorgallis.
The heads of the diplomatic missions exchanged views on the interstate dialogue and raised issues related to the intensification of political-diplomatic, trade- economic, cultural-humanitarian interaction in the near future, according to the website of the Turkmen Embassy.
The diplomats noted the importance of developing bilateral ties in the context of further strengthening cooperation within the UN and other international organizations.
The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding, the diplomatic institution added.
Kypros Yorgallis was accredited to Ashgabat as Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Turkmenistan, with residence in Moscow, in May 2023.
