Foreign aircraft make commercial and technical landings at international airports in Turkmenistan
At Ashgabat International Airport, passenger commercial flights are carried out on a regular basis by such foreign airlines as Turkish Airlines, Siberian Airlines, China Southern, and Flydubai, as well as cargo flights by the Luxembourg airline Cargolux. In total, in 2023, 1,088 technical landings and 860 commercial landings were performed at Ashgabat International Airport, reports «Turkmenaragatnashyk» agency.
At Turkmenabat International Airport, technical landings are carried out by such foreign airlines as MY Freighter (Uzbekistan), Terra Avia (Moldova), GEOSKY Airlines (Georgia), and MNG Airlines (Turkey). In total, 193 technical landings were made at Turkmenabat International Airport in 2023.
At Turkmenbashi International Airport, passenger commercial landings of airlines such as BELAVIA and technical landings of Volga-Dnepr airlines are carried out on a regular basis. In total, in 2023, 229 technical landings and 114 commercial landings were made at Turkmenbashi International Airport.
At Mary International Airport, technical and commercial landings are made by airlines such as Moalem Aviation LLC, Sabsan Aviation (Kyrgyzstan), Abu Dabi Aviation (UAE), and Ruby Star (Belarus). In total, in 2023, 45 technical landings and 45 commercial landings were made at Mary Turkmenbashi International Airport.
Also, in total, 46 technical landings were made at Dashoguz International Airport in 2023.
