Dubai announces construction of solar-powered high-speed travel capsules and train buses.

The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) to develop new and innovative transport systems.

The first memorandum of understanding was signed with the Urban-Mass Company, which is based in the UK and specializes in the development of transport systems. The agreement provides for the development of the Floc Duo Rail system, the world's first innovative transport system. It is a two-track self-driving system that allows vehicles to move quickly and efficiently throughout the city. It uses short units during low peak periods and long units during high demand periods.

Urban-Mass Company founder Ricky Sandhu highlighted the benefits of the Floc Duo Rail system in reducing emissions.

Second memorandum with RAIL BUS Inc. (USA) is considering the possibility of deploying a system of rail buses that travel over a bridge equipped with solar panels.

CEO of Rail Bus Inc. Hatim Ibrahim noted that the collaboration with the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority marks an important milestone for the company towards pioneering sustainable transport solutions in the city.
