A meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with a high-ranking representative of the EU foreign policy service
Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myakhri Byashimova met on Thursday with Luc Devigne, Deputy Managing Director of the European External Action Service for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation and OSCE.
The diplomats discussed issues related to the implementation of EU projects and programs, the organization of bilateral visits and events, including the holding of the next ministerial meeting in the “European Union - Central Asia” format, according to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Special attention was paid to interaction within the framework of the Erasmus+ student exchange program and cooperation in the field of transport, including the holding of the Investor Forum in Brussels on January 29-30, 2024.
