Iran claims to host the 2021 World Volleyball Championship among youth teams

The Islamic Republic of Iran has applied for the 2021 World Volleyball Championship among young men and youth teams, сообщил Head of the country’s Volleyball Federation Mohammad Reza Davar Zani informed. A number of countries have also applied for the 2021 World Championship among young men and men’s youth teams, and the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB), after studying the capabilities of all these countries, will make the final decision. Iran previously hosted the World Volleyball Championship among players under 19 in 1997, as well as the World Volleyball Championship among players in the U21 age category in 2003.
