SCB "Turkmenistan" provides soft loans to entrepreneurs
The State Commercial Bank "Turkmenistan" provides soft loans to entrepreneurs.
Loans are offered according to the following terms:
1. The development of national software and equipment is credited at a rate of 2 percent per annum for a period of 5 years with a grace period of 2 years, provided that at least 15 percent of private capital is invested.
2. The acquisition of completed national software products and equipment, along with their deployment, is credited at a rate of 2 percent per annum for a period of 3 years with a grace period of 6 months, provided that at least 15 percent of personal investments are invested for these purposes.
