USAID Youth Development Activity launches TechYouth Bootcamp in Lebap province
The USAID’s Youth Development Activity (YDA) jointly with the Talim Training Center announces a call for applications to participate in the TechYouth Bootcamp program’s cycle in Lebap province. TechYouth Bootcamp will be held at the Talim Training Center, located at 74 Magtymguly Street, Turkmenabat city.
The program will include six-month free-of-charge IT courses in the following areas:
• IT system maintenance and administration
• Graphic design.
USAID YDA’s TechYouth Bootcamp program is aimed at training youth as IT professionals and includes intensive full immersion courses in the bootcamp format. The goal of the program is to enable young people to acquire a profession and successfully find employment.
The first cycle of the program was successfully implemented in Ashgabat from December 2022 to June 2023, and the second cycle has run in Mary since July 2023.
The courses will last from February to August 2024.
Citizens of Turkmenistan aged 18 to 25 are eligible to apply.
