The Central Asian Children's karate-do championship is being held in Aktau (Kazakhstan) these days. The competition rounds have already ended, and according to their results, the members of the Turkmen national team took 7 more prizes, in addition to the well-deserved awards. The Central Asian Children's karate-do championship is being held in Aktau (Kazakhstan) these days. The competition rounds have already ended, and according to their results, the members of the Turkmen national team took 7 more prizes, in addition to the well-deserved awards. Thus, in total, the young athletes were awarded three gold, two silver and five bronze medals.

The awards of the highest category were received by Alina Evdokimova, Ovezmyrat Sapardurdiyev and Medina Gaylyeva. The second step of the podium was taken by Bayramgeldi Atadurdiyev and Aisha Ilgeldyeva, and the bronze medalists of the championship were Rahat Atayev, Guncha Tagansahedova, Alexandra Guzina, Kyyasgeldi Yazmyradov and Alimuhammet Kaklyev.

The Central Asian Children's Karate-do Championship was held in Aktau on December 22-24. More than 300 athletes took part in the international competition, among whom 27 young karate practitioners represented Turkmenistan.
