Azat Annamamedov: introducing jazz hits
What makes our life more interesting? What can give it new colors, fill with high meaning, inspiration? Well, of course, the music that comes to us along with the lullaby of the mother and never leaves. It is no coincidence that it is music that Turkmens and many other peoples who consider the spokesman of the soul and national spirit.
For many - professional musicians, composers, singers - music becomes fate. Some discover a musical gift in childhood, while others - at a more mature age. This happened with Azat Annamamedov, a student at the International University of Humanities and Development.
- Four years ago I entered the faculty of sociology, and three years ago I felt an irresistible craving for music and singing. Having no musical education, I began to take private vocal lessons,” says Azat.
Having numerous performances on the Ashgabat stage, the student achieved the recognition of the audience with his perseverance, thoughtful attitude and unconditional talent, although his circle of fans is not so wide yet - mainly classmates and students of their own university, where he is an indispensable participant in all holiday concerts.
"For me, jazz is a freedom of rhythm that evokes a feeling of lightness, relaxation, inspiration and continuous forward movement. As in classical works, jazz music has its own size, rhythm, and constant pulsation is very important for this direction,” the singer continues. - This genre entirely depends on the state and inspiration of the performer at the time of the game, the performer puts his emotions and soul into the work.
The repertoire of Azat Annamamedov includes hits by prominent world performers - King of Jazz Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, as well as songs by Elvis Presley and other singers in jazz processing in the original language.
We dare to hope that soon his strong, deep and courageous bass baritone will also sound at other concert venues in the country, but for now, everyone will be able to get acquainted with the work of the young singer in the very near future: on June 14 at the stage of the Vatan cinema and concert hall recital.
