Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan may open its Cultural Centers in Ashgabat and Nur-Sultan


Cultural Centers of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan may open in Ashgabat and Nur-Sultan, KazTAG agency reports.
“To approve the attached Draft Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan on the establishment, functioning and activities of cultural centers,” the draft resolution of the Government of Kazakhstan says.
According to the draft agreement, the parties assist in the opening and functioning of cultural centers in the capitals of two states - in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Ashgabat.
The agreement is aimed to promote mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of both states, development of relations and cooperation in the field of culture and learning the languages of the two peoples. The activities of the cultural centers of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan would also contribute to the development of cross-tourism.
