Turkmenistan and Ghana discussed issues of bilateral cooperation


On Thursday, November 23, political consultations were held between the delegations of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Ghana. Deputy Head of the Foreign Ministry Berdyniyaz Myatiev headed the Turkmen side at the meeting. The Chairman of the Ghana delegation was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic Kwaku Ampratwum Sarpong.
During the conversation, the parties assessed the current level of interaction between the countries. Delegates noted the need to intensify cooperation in the economics, trade, politics and diplomacy spheres. The interlocutors also touched upon issues of partnership in the cultural and humanitarian sphere.
The diplomats paid special attention to current prospects for strengthening partnerships and bilateral ties in the agro-industrial and trade and economic sectors.
