Turkmenistan is ready to develop a parliamentary dialogue based on neutrality and peacefulness

Turkmenistan is ready to further develop parliamentary cooperation based on the status of permanent neutrality and peace-loving policy. The delegation of the National Parliament of the country stated this at the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA).

The autumn session was held on November 18-20 in Yerevan under the motto "OSCE in times of crisis: the role of the Assembly in responding to internal and external challenges". At the forum, representatives of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan drew the attention of colleagues to the international initiatives of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on peace and security issues put forward during the 78th session of the UN General Assembly.
Confidence was expressed that Turkmenistan's proposals will find support from the OSCE PA member states.
