At the SCRMET auction, the amount of export transactions for the week amounted to almost $8.8 million
81 deals were concluded at the auctions of the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan in the third week of November. In particular, representatives of the business circles of the UAE, Singapore, and Afghanistan purchased polypropylene and aviation kerosene produced by the State Concern “Turkmeneft” for foreign currency, and buyers from Turkey, the UAE, Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan – bedding sets, fabric and cotton yarn, Portland cement.
The total amount of export transactions in general amounted to over 8 million 799 thousand US dollars.
At the same time, polypropylene, lighting kerosene, petroleum road bitumen (Turkmenneft Group), as well as handmade carpets, fabric (pan-velvet and cotton) and cotton yarn worth more than 89 million 798 thousand manats were sold to the domestic market.
