USAID YDA Project Invites Interns
USAID's YDA Project announces a call for interns for a program to improve the delivery of employment services. Interns will work with recruitment agencies to implement the online employment platform “Wakant”.
Wakant is a full-featured online platform that includes a website and a mobile application. With their help, job seekers can easily find a suitable vacancy and apply for it. For employers, the platform provides access to a large audience and professional services from leading recruitment agencies in Turkmenistan.
The Wakant online platform was developed by USAID's YDA Project.

Interns will work part-time on a flexible schedule based on preference.
Interns will gain invaluable professional experience, receive training, and participate in USAID YDA Project activities. Upon completion of the internship, certificates and letters of recommendation will be issued.
The selection of candidates will be carried out on a competitive basis.
Requirements for candidates:
• Be between 18 and 25 years of age;
• Possession of computer skills;
• Good written and oral command of the Turkmen and Russian languages;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be responsible and punctual.
