The President of Turkmenistan sent the draft State Budget for 2024 to the Mejlis
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent the draft State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2024 for consideration to the Mejlis, signing the relevant document during a meeting of the Turkmen government on Friday.
Deputy Prime Minister Hojamyrat Geldimyradov reported on the preparation of the draft State Budget for 2024, the Main directions of socio-economic development of the country and the Investment Program for the coming year.
Reporting on the planned expenditures on the main items of the draft State budget, he noted that according to the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, wages, pensions, state benefits, scholarships will be increased by 10% in 2024.
Capital investments will also be directed to the construction of industrial and social facilities, including housing, new settlements in the regions of the country.
