Valentina Matvienko called for the creation of a Ministry of Happiness in Russia

At the educational marathon “Knowledge. The first” in Moscow, the chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Valentina Matvienko, announced the need to adopt a law on universal happiness in the country and create a Ministry of Happiness. This is reported by TASS.
This was the answer of the Speaker of the Federation Council to the question of what, in her opinion, the law should be adopted at the moment.
According to Matvienko, the new structure will make decisions on whether legislative acts or regulatory documents adopted by the government make people happier.
“You have a chance to become a minister,” she said, addressing the participant of the meeting who asked the question, calling on everyone to unite.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Happiness already exists in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bhutan.
