For the first time Mary and Dashoguz will host the Major Futsal League of Turkmenistan
In June, the 4th round of the Major Futsal League of Turkmenistan will start with the participation of 8 teams – Senagatbank, Denizchi, Kopetdag, Gumrukchi, Serhetchi, Migration, Daikhanbank and Olimp.
After the capital matches, for the first time the top division of the country’s championship would go to Mary and Dashoguz, and then to Turkmenbashi, where previously games were held only within the First League. As representatives of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan comment, this will promote the development and popularization of Futsal in the regions, attracting athletes from the national teams of the country’s regions to this sport.
Senagatbank gains the lead in the Major Futsal League by the number of goals scored. The bankers scored 20 goals against their opponents. The winner of the championship, which will last until October, will be eligible to participate in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Club Championship.
In the future, the Futsal League will cover the rest of Turkmenistan. It should be noted that earlier, along with Turkmenbashi, Anau also hosted Futsal League matches.
