In the USA, a dog saved a 17-year-old teenager after a stroke

A resident of Spring, Texas, got a second chance at life thanks to a faithful Border collie dog. 17-year-old Gabriel Silva was saved by a one-year-old dog named Axel when he had a stroke attack. The story is admired and draws attention to the importance of pets in everyday life.
It all started in the early morning when Axel woke up the parents of a young guy. If not for the persistence and alertness of the pet, the consequences could be irreparable. The couple, not wanting to get up early in the morning on weekends, did not pay attention to it. However, Axel did not give up and continued his real vocation - to protect and take care of his master.
When Axel finally convinced Gabriel's stepfather to go down to the first floor of the house, he went to the closed door of the guy's room. This unusual incident alerted the man, and he decided to check on his stepson. It quickly became clear that Gabriel had health problems - he spoke vaguely and could not feel the right half of his body.
The young man was immediately taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a stroke. Thanks to the quick reaction and timely medical treatment, Gabriel's condition has improved significantly.
"We didn't expect to be forced to go into Gabriel's room and wake him up. He's a teenager, and it was Saturday morning. We went to bed late. We didn't plan to come to him before noon," said the boy's mother Amanda Tanner.
Doctors are convinced that Axel played a crucial role in saving Gabriel's life. A delay of several hours when visiting doctors could lead to serious and irreparable consequences for the guy's nervous system.
The story is admirable and highlights the importance of pets in our lives. Axel became a true hero who not only saved his master, but also reminded us of the incredible dedication and care they can provide us.
