"Green" Sunday calls – Ashgabat Eco-festival invites you to a holiday
Sunday in Ashgabat promises to be clear and quite comfortable in the autumn weather, and the second Eco-festival invites residents and guests of the capital to join the celebration of climate action and spend time in a big campaign, fun and informative.
This is an invitation to rethink our habits in order to consume consciously, and to acquire new environmental knowledge, improve awareness and explore new ways to reduce our unwanted impact on nature, as well as to celebrate the positive changes that we can make together.
Two diplomatic missions in Ashgabat - Great Britain and Turkey – have united to organize the 2nd climate and Environmental festival under the motto "Let's save the Earth together!".
The festival aims to inspire and teach the importance of protecting our planet and a more sustainable way of life, to promote climate literacy and understanding of the connection between human health and the health of nature.
Young people, families with children can enjoy a variety of entertaining and educational activities, immerse themselves in the atmosphere of music, dance and communication, feel a more "green" lifestyle!
Welcome to the Eco-Festival – a celebration of environmental sustainability and the fight against climate change!
The event will be held from 12:00 to 17:00 on Sunday, October 15, at the Joint Turkmen-Turkish School in Ashgabat.
