Buses have become popular wedding transport in China

There is a new fashion in China for using buses as wedding transport. Instead of booking expensive cars, many couples prefer to travel by public or rented buses decorated with Chinese symbols and balloons. This not only saves money, but also adds originality and fun to the wedding celebration.
The trend has spread in China in recent months as photos of newlyweds posing with guests on buses began appearing on social media. According to traditional Chinese wedding custom, the groom must send several cars to the bride's house to pick her and her family up. The more cars, the better. However, now many couples are abandoning this custom and choosing a more environmentally friendly and affordable option.
In some cities in China, special wedding bus rental services have already appeared. For example, in Yantai (Shandong Province) you can rent a regular bus with 30 seats with a driver and decorations for 3 thousand yuan ($410). A double-decker bus can be rented for an additional fee.
According to experts, the use of buses as wedding transport reflects the changing values and preferences of the younger generation of Chinese. They no longer strive for ostentatious wealth and luxury, but are inclined to simpler and more creative forms of expressing their feelings.
