At the congress, with the participation of representatives of the Federation of this sport of Turkmenistan, issues of football development in Asia and the holding of international tournaments on the Asian continent were also discussed.

The congress highly appreciated the ongoing FIFA events on the Asian continent. Thus, the World Junior Championship will be held in Indonesia in 2023, the 2023 Club World Cup will be held in Saudi Arabia, the UAE will host the world Beach soccer championship, and Uzbekistan will become the host country of the World Futsal Championship in 2024.
