Young Turkmen athletes won five medals - three gold, two silver - at the international ATP 14& Under tennis tournament, which took place from October 13 to 20 in Bukhara, Uzbekistan.

Imran Akhundov was awarded the highest standard in singles. Another tennis player Selim Chagylov won a silver medal. However, in tandem, the Turkmen duo did not leave any chances to their rivals, sitting on the first step of the podium.

Ilima Huseynova brought another gold to the piggy bank of the Turkmen national team, successfully performing in the women's part of the competition. Huseynova also won a silver medal in a pair with Samira Kamalova, an athlete from Uzbekistan.

Turkmen athletes performed at an international tournament organized by the Asian Tennis Federation, led by Andrey Dovmatov and Evgeny Molchanov. The tournament brought together over sixty athletes from Central Asian countries.
