ECO foreign ministers to discuss agenda of Tashkent summit in Shusha


The 27th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) will be held on Tuesday, October 10, in Shusha, Azerbaijan.
The main issue on the agenda of the meeting will be preparations for the 16th Summit of the ECO Heads of State, which is scheduled to be held in November in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the sides will discuss ways to develop cooperation between the ECO Member States in trade-economic, investment, transportation and logistics spheres, as well as issues of regional and international agenda.
The Economic Cooperation Organization is a regional interstate economic structure, which includes 10 countries - Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan.
Azerbaijan holds the chairmanship of the Economic Cooperation Organization in 2023.
