Creative universities of Russia plan to increase the admission of students from the CIS


A round table dedicated to the preparation of foreign students in the higher education system in the direction of "Culture and Art" at the expense of the budget of the Russian Federation was held on October 18 in the State Duma of the Russian Federation. This is reported by the telegram channel "Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS member states".
One of the main topics of the meeting was the discussion of the problems of foreign applicants who are trying to enroll in Russian universities in the fields of culture and art. It was noted that currently educational institutions of the Russian Federation have accumulated extensive experience working with students from CIS countries and in this regard, adapted curricula and conditions for studying in Russia have been created.
According to the press service of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, one of the main tasks is the development of cultural and educational exchange, as well as attracting talented youth from CIS countries seeking to get an education and develop in the creative field.
Russian higher education institutions have expressed their readiness to accept even more foreign students, including from the Commonwealth states, according to a press release.
