Netflix will open shops and restaurants with themed products of its cult series


The American streaming giant Netflix has decided to expand its presence in the offline world. In 2025, the company plans to open the first Netflix House in the United States – a chain of stores selling everything related to popular shows and cult TV series of the platform, as well as themed restaurants where you can eat and have fun, Bloomberg reports.
Later, such Houses will appear all over the world. According to Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos, the company's goal is to give unique experiences to fans of its products.
Netflix House stores will offer a wide variety of goods: from exhibitions and shows to interactive, immersive events and live games, as well as souvenirs or replicas of props, for example, coffee cups and so on. All products will be devoted to the topics of the main series on the platform, for example, such as "Stranger things" or "Squid Game".
Food courts will also operate on the territory of the stores. The restaurants will serve dishes and drinks that have previously appeared in numerous reality shows dedicated to food. The menu will range from fast casual to gourmet cuisine.
