Acceptance of applications for studying at Russian universities has been extended for citizens of Turkmenistan
For citizens of Turkmenistan, the acceptance of applications for studying at Russian universities has been extended within the quota of the government of the Russian Federation for the 2024-2025 academic year.
According to the Telegram channel “Russian House in Ashgabat”, documents will be accepted until December 1. Previously, the campaign was scheduled to end on November 1.

It is necessary to fill out the form, attaching a photograph, scanned copies of a foreign passport, educational document and send the completed form through the portal, transferring the electronic application to the state “for verification by the RZU” (Roszagran institution, that is, Rossotrudnichestvo - editor's note).
For questions regarding the selection of candidates in countries, you must contact Rossotrudnichestvo representative offices abroad or diplomatic missions of the Russian Federation.

In addition, since mid-September, meetings for potential applicants have been held at the Russian House in Ashgabat, during which they get acquainted with the possibilities of studying in Russia, the conditions for admission and receive answers to their questions.
It should be noted that in the 2023-2024 academic year, 250 Turkmen citizens received the opportunity to study for free in Russia.
