Film stars at the First International Film Festival "Dawn of Arkadag"
The city of Arkadag is waiting for the main film event that will be held this fall in the country. Tomorrow, October 14, the opening of the I International Film Festival "Dawn of Arkadag" will take place here. Hundreds of actors, directors, producers, film and theater stars, as well as cinematography figures from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Turkey and France will participate.
The star guests have already started arriving in the Turkmen capital. The first to arrive was Edouard Montoute, a popular French actor known for the movies "Taxi", "Asterix and Obelix: Mission "Cleopatra" and others.
Famous film actors of Turkey - Burak Ozcevit, Çagri Şensoy, Fatih Ayhan, Yiit Ucan, Murat Bonjuk - have also confirmed their participation in the film forum. Turkmen viewers recognized them from such historical films as "The Magnificent Century", "Foundation: Osman" and other favorite Turkish series. The cultural landing also included film directors, technical and creative specialists from the film industry, as well as the founder of the Turkish film company "Bozdag Film" Mehmet Bozdag.
The delegation from Uzbekistan has a representative composition - actors and directors of the Uzbekfilm studio, as well as managers and artists of the Uzbek film studio Yoshlik. Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan will be represented by prominent filmmakers and people working in the cinematography.
Pictures from Central Asia, Europe and Russia are participating in the competition of the film forum. The program promises to be very interesting.
The opening ceremony of the film festival and traditional for the festival red carpet, on which local and foreign celebrities will walk, will be tomorrow evening. The new film festival "Dawn of Arkadag" will unite talented directors and actors from different countries of the world and will become a significant event in the cultural life of Turkmenistan.
